Germinating instructions::
Pick out your planter you would like to use (plastic is always a safe choice), always make sure it has holes for drainage. Fill it with a 50/50 ratio of peat and sand (silica), or perlite with no miracle grow or fertilizers in it or your seeds will never even have a chance! Wet the peat with distilled water (tap water contains to many chemicals and will kill your seeds/plants). Now take your seeds and sprinkle them on top of the soil (dont cover them with soil because they need light to germinate).Water them by carefully spraying them with the distilled water. Put your planter in a plastic bag or grow chamber to keep humidity high and mist often. Now put it in a warm bright place where they can germinate. If you put them outside just make sure they are in indirect sunlight. You dont want it hot just warm. A windowsill or fluorescent light will work as well. After germination, which can take up to a month or so, slowly accumulate them to a less humid condition by opening the bag more and more till they are adapted to the environment! Now they can handle full sun. Place your planter in a tray of water with about 1/2inch of water in it and never let your soil dry out and enjoy your new sundew plants!
